WELCOME RECEPTION

On arrival, guests must provide the reception with their identity documents.
Accepted documents: identity card, passport or Driving License.

CANCELLATION OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of cancellation of booking communicated by the customer the hotel reserves the following conditions:
Up to 30 days before arrival date the deposit will be returned immediately.
From the 29th to the 15th day before arrival 50% will be retained.
From the 14th to the 1st day before arrival 100% will be retained.
The management reserves the possibility to agree with the customer to take advantage of the deposit retained at other times compatibly with the hotel availability.

PRIVACY

The right to protection of personal data of each client is guaranteed the observance of provisions of the law 196/2003.

NO SMOKING 

In all indoor areas of the hotel including the rooms are non-smoking (art.51 law 3 of 16/01/03).
Guests are kindly requested to make use of the outdoor areas of the House to smoke.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made in the following ways:
A.) Directly in the hotel: simply customer adherence and the compilation of the identification card.
B.) Via telephone or e-mail: in these cases the booking is completed when guest receive a confirmation as agreed with the management.
C.) On-line: You can book through the online booking available on our website (best rate) or on the portals where you placed our accommodation (booking.com, venere.com; expedia.it; trivago.it; airbnb.com).
